A large 100% privately owned New Zealand FMCG company is on the hunt for an experienced PayGlobal Payroll Officer. This role will work within the Operations Team and report to the Payroll Manager on a permanent basis. This is a great step to take into a more analytic and system support role and step away from soley processing.
- Handling all user payroll and PayGlobal related calls from a business application perspective (not configuration issues).
- User support for all system upgrades, releases and outages.
- Payroll reporting.
- Co-ordinating new user training for stores
- Auditing of the payroll
- Any other adhoc duties required within the team
- At least 3 years experience with PayGlobal.
- Experience of at least 1 year in a high volume payroll position
- Strong understanding of the NZ Holidays act and employment legislation.
- Have experience managing a project related to payroll.
