Due to an internal promotion my Client are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the team on a temp to perm basis. This role will suit someone with recent experience within an accounts & admin based and is looking to progress their career within a large organisation. You will be part of a fantastic team who will assist with your career development.

  • Processing of sales invoices, debtor liasion and collection and reporting
  • End to end Accounts Payable
  • Weekly payroll of 300+
  • Matching, coding & batching of invoices
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Inventory management for the office
  • Office administration
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 2 years + experience in a similar experience
  • Experience in a high volume, high pressure environment
  • Qualified by Diploma or Certificate level
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Experience using a large ERP system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Immediately available
