A proactive and energetic Project Administrator required for an immediate start at this dynamic and fast-paced organisation. With a number of large projects on the go at the moment, the ability to hit the ground running is a necessity. 
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ordering and managing stock
  • Providing support to Project Managers
  • Typing, formatting and maintenance of spreadsheets and documents
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning and other general administration duties when required
A little about you:
This role requires an individual who is organised, has high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 
Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous, but not a necessity. 
Some key skills to possess include:
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • A positive attitude
  • Full or Restricted Drivers license 
  • Experience with Aconex or MS Projects will be advantageous
