Office Administrator - Temporary Share to LinkedIn

My Client: 
Is looking for an experienced administrator who has basic Accounts experience to join their energetic and dynamic team.
This role is for approximately 3-4 months covering the remainder of maternity leave. 
The Role: 
  • Processing and reconciling invoices (assisting the finance team).
  • Answering customer queries over the phone and email.
  • Updating client information.
  • Filing.
  • General ad-hoc administration tasks when needed.
You will have: 
  • High-pressure experience
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Be deadline driven. 
  • Available to start ASAP.
