Our client is currently seeking an experienced corporate receptionist for a maternity leave contract who is professional and outgoing. As the first point of contact for our customers and employees, the receptionist facilitates exceptional customer experiences and first call resolution across a range of inquiries.
The first point of contact for customers, contractors and employees
Working closely with the executive team and maintaining confidentiality of commercial information
Assist with the setup of meetings and events
General administration tasks
2-3 years experience in a receptionist role
Ability to build relationships quickly
Excellent verbal communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills
