Receptionist - Temporary Assignment Share to LinkedIn

Our client is currently seeking an experienced corporate receptionist for a maternity leave contract who is professional and outgoing. As the first point of contact for our customers and employees, the receptionist facilitates exceptional customer experiences and first call resolution across a range of inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • The first point of contact for customers, contractors and employees
  • Working closely with the executive team and maintaining confidentiality of commercial information
  • Assist with the setup of meetings and events
  • Organise catering
  • General administration tasks
Skills required:
  • 2-3 years experience in a receptionist role
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills
