My client is a large player in the property industry and is looking for someone to join their close-knit finance team who is self-motivated and eager to learn. Accounts experience is preferred but not compulsory as hands-on training will be provided by a close-knit finance team.

Responsibilities include: 
  • AP invoice entry
  • Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation
  • Daily processing of receipts and payments
  • Receipt customer credit card payments
  • Raise invoices for sales & purchases
  • Debt collection including weekly monitoring and follow up of overdue debt
  • Filing of GST returns
  • General ledger journals
  • Filing online annual returns
The successful person will have:
  • Perfect written and oral English
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A willing, can-do attitude
