An Executive Assistant role has presented itself in a reputable mid-tier accounting firm due to increased and consistent business over the past 6 months. This role will include providing full administrative support primarily one Partner and at times up to three, as well as involvement with the marketing and business development.
About The Role
The role will comprise both executive assistance and project coordination tasks.
Organising and maintaining the execs diary, co-ordinating appointments and meetings
Coordinate and organize networking events and strategic projects
Proactively managing incoming emails, mail, phone calls & voicemail's
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Schedule meetings, assist with agenda preparation and take minutes
Maintain contact/client database and manage social media presence
High level writing of reports and correspondence
Coordinating preparation and distribution of status and activity reports
Manage hard and soft marketing material, website, social media and online presence
5 years related experience working in a similar role, preferably within sales or marketing
Strong ability to use multiple computer programs and systems with proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Adobe Suite
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to make informed decisions, coordinate resources and manage time effectively
Ability to problem solve and think creatively in order to ensure tasks are completed
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A proven track record in building effective and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
