Established in 2010, we have brought together some of the industry's most experienced, proactive and dedicated recruitment executives servicing the mid to senior management levels of Accounting across the Commerce & Industry, Professional Services, and Financial Services sectors on a permanent, contract, and interim basis.

Currently with 50 Consultants in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, our goal is to expand into the Asian Market with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong with an view to employing over 100 consultants across the Asia Pacific region.

We tend to specialize in what are traditionally perceived to be 'hard to fill" roles where traditional recruitment companies struggle due to the seniority or complexity of the assignment or where Clients are reluctant to engage the services of an Executive Search firm.

Our ambition is to be the leading supplier of Accounting and Financial Services staff to a largely Blue Chip Client base across the Asia Pacific region in the $100K to $400K pa salary bracket.

Our ultimate goal is to partner with a Private Equity firm and roll out our proven model globally in EMEA and Asia.
