Having set up the Australian operations of Walker Hamill in 1998, Niall completed a Management Buy Out of the business in 2002 before establishing its Asian operations in Hong Kong and Singapore in 2002 and 2003.

He sold the business to Five Ten , a private equity backed investment by Englefield Capital in 2006 and was Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific before retiring from the business in 2008. He set up the Andersen Partnership in late 2009 following the acquisition of Stirling Andersen.

Brian has over 10 years recruitment experience in the Accounting marketplace in both the US and Australia.

Prior to joining the Andersen Partnership, Brian was a Director of Robert Half in Australia, managing teams in both the Sydney CBD and suburban offices.

Brian's remit with Walker Andersen is to establish multiple offices in Australia and Asia with a specific focus on top end positions in Accounting in Commerce, Industry and Professional Services.

He has over 15 years recruitment industry experience, initially with firms such as Hays and Michael Page in London, and since 2001 here in Australia. In his last role he set up and ran the accounting recruitment division for a boutique Sydney based recruiter.

Starting his career within a media search firm, he then made the move to Marks Sattin where he spent 8 years assisting with the growth and development of one London’s elite accountancy recruitment firms.
